Introduction Email for Telegram & Service Desk

For Who:

  • Newly joined customer.
  • Existing customers who are not familiar with it. 


 Email Content

  • Include SOP for Telegram/Service Desk or both. 
  • May include related Confluence link for better explanation. 
  • For Telegram, remind customer to inform Wavelet in order to create user support group. 
  • For Service Desk new user, guide customer to request for a new account first.
  • Please advise customer to create issue first before communicating in Telegram.
