File Cabinet (File Manager)
Menu Path: Control Panel > System Admin > File Cabinet > File Manager
File Manager in EMP acts like a windows file explorer to store additional files in the system(server). It mainly used to store printable jrxml file, system logo, plugins file (jar), and also any attachment to the transaction(e.g. GRN or SINV).
To upload printable format file(jrxml)
Click Choose File and select target upload file from your computer.
- Set Document Type as target transaction to use the printable respectively(e.g. cash sale printable choose cashsale_with_datasource)
- Add File Description(Optional).
- Click Upload File to upload the printable format file to the system.
- You should see the printable format appear in the related transaction printable format.
