Menu Path: Control Panel > System Admin > Documentation Lock

This is a listing to check locked documents. There are a lot of functions (like edit SO, edit Invoice, etc) in Wavelet MS system. So the system has placed locks on these function to not allow more than one user to change a document at a time. This is done to prevent overwriting changes done by different users at the same time.


For example:

  • Stock Transfer > Receive (Unlock Stock Transfers)
  • Create GRN by PO (Unlock PO)
