Balance sheet
Menu Path: Accounting > Financial Statements > Balance Sheet
Balance sheet provides the company's status in real time for Assets, Liabilities and Equities. EMP system enables users to navigate to each accounts statement by clicking on the amount.
- Select the company via the list boxes.
- Next, select the ending date for the Balance Sheet statement to be generated.
- Click on the Option, whichever applicable.
- Click Generate Report Now button. Upon clicking on the button, the following sample image appears.
- The Balance Sheet is displayed on a compressed format.
- To view all the accounts in the balance sheet, click on the Expand/Collapse All button as pointed in the image above.
- Click on the amount to view the details of the particular accounts.
- The sample image shows the accounts statement that was clicked to view. This statement will be opened in a new tab.
