Stock Balance Report (SBR)

Report Code	Report Name	Description
SBR-01	Stock Balance Report (Group By Category)	This Stock Balance Report provides information on quantity and cost of the items currently in stock which group by tree category or category level 0
SBR-02	Stock Balance by Location And Category Report (Group By Item Code)	This reports provides the more details of SBR-01 which include the item code and item name.
SBR-03	Stock Balance By Location Report (Group By Item Code - Qty Only)	This Stock Report provides the stock quantity by selected category without any cost information
SBR-04	Stock Balance Pricing Report	This reports provides stock balance with Item pricing and cost by item code under selected category
SBR-05	Historical Stock Balance Report	This report is very useful to perform stock control as this report show the value of the inventory on selected date. SBR-05 can be generated based on single and multiple Locations in 1 company → select ALL Locations under single company if you comparing with Balance Sheet "Inventory" glcode
SBR-06	Stock Balance Summary Group By Extended Category	This report provides the stock balance by category filter (item category level) and group by
SBR-07	Stock Balance with Stock Sales Analysis (same with SR-07)	This report allows user to view the item codes which has backlog
SBR-08	Stock Balance Report by Store Sorted by Sub Location	This reports provides stock balance with sub location
SBR-09	Stock Balance Report by Supplier For Serialized Items Only	This reports provides information on the stock balance base on GRN date selection which applicable only for serialized item only
SBR-10	Stock Balance Report by Item and Supplier(only for Serialized and Batch Items)	This reports only applicable for Serialized and Batch item type, which provides information on supplier name. cost and SN# or Batch#
SBR-11	Stock Availability With Sales Order And Purchase Order	This report provides information on the balance stock with SO and PO details by item code

SBR-01 Stock Balance Report (Group By Category)

This Stock Balance Report provides information on quantity and cost of the items currently in stock which group by tree category or category level 0.

The Category level 0 created under Tree Category Maintenance.

Select Company → refer to Inventory (Permission) under Stock Balance Report
Tick to show "include parent item"
Click Generate Report Now

Click on the Category to get the details → it will direct to SBR-02

SBR-02 Stock Balance by Location And Category Report (Group By Item Code)

This reports provides the more details of SBR-01 which include the item code and item name.

Select Location → refer to Inventory (Permission) under Stock Balance Report
Key in Item Code Description and tick "allow seach for description" or leave if blank to view all item codes
Key in Item Code Range → if any or leave it blank to view all
Select Item Category → if any or leave it untick
Select Item Status → default is Active
Select Item Type → deselect will generate All Type
Select Order by → item name or item code
Select Options → by default is ALL
Tick Options → to display only items which has movement or to include parent item
Select Sort by Category → refer to Item Categories

Click on Printable page → to print current tables or columns
Click Export to Excel or CSV → to export current tables or columns

SBR-03 Stock Balance By Location Report (Group By Item Code - Qty Only)

This Stock Report provides the stock quantity by selected category without any cost information

Select Location and click Submit → refer Inventory (Permission) under stock balance report
Key in Item Code Description and tick "allow seach for description" or leave if blank to view all item codes
Key in Item Code Range → if any or leave it blank to view all
Select Item Category → if any or leave it untick
Select Item Status → please select ALL if you comparing with Balance Sheet "Inventory" glcode
Select Item Type → deselect will generate All Type
Select Order by → item name or item code
Select Options → by default is ALL
Tick Options → to display only items which has movement
Select Sort By → base on item category level
Click Generate Report Now

Click Print → to print current columns
Click Print without Category, EAN and Zero Qty → to only print item code, item name and qty

Click Print for Stock Count without qty → to print category level, item code, and item name

Click Print for Stock Count → to print category level, item code, item name, stock count with add and Subtract column

Click Print (Show Serial Number) → to print category level, item code, item name, qty and serial number in HORIZONTAL

Click Print (Show Serial Numbers)2 → to print category level, item code, item name, qty and serial number in VERTICAL column

SBR-04 Stock Balance Pricing Report

This reports provides stock balance with Item pricing and cost by item code under selected category

Select Location → refer Inventory (Permission) under stock balance report
Key in Specific Item Code Fuzzy search for description → Optional
Key in Item Code Range → Optional
Select Item Category → Optional
Select Item Status → all, active, inactive or deleted
Select Item Type → deselect will generate All
Select Order by → item name or item code
Select Options for Item Quantity Balances and tick if want to show tax details

Sample Report Form → without show tax details

Sample Report Form → with show tax details (additional 9 Columns for Tax Details)

Click on Printable page → to print current tables or columns
Click Export to Excel or CSV → to export current tables or columns

SBR-05 Historical Stock Balance Report

This report is very useful to perform stock control as this report show the value of the inventory on selected date.

Select Company and click Submit
Select Location and click Submit → controlled under permission
Select Date
Key in Item Code Description and tick "allow seach for description" or leave if blank to view all item codes
Key in Item Code Range → if any or leave it blank to view all
Select Item Category → if any or leave it untick
Select Item Status → please select ALL if you comparing with Balance Sheet "Inventory" glcode
Select Item Type → deselect will generate All Type
Tick Group By → optional to group by item level
Select Order by → item name or item code
Tick Options → tick positive, zero and negative balances if you comparing with Balance Sheet "Inventory" glcode
Select Transaction Type → deselect will generate All Type
Click Generate Report Now

Click on Printable Page → to print current tables or columns
Click on Export Excel or CSV → to export current tables or columns

NOTES:

SBR-05 can be generated based on single and multiple Locations in 1 company → select ALL Locations under single company if you comparing with Balance Sheet "Inventory" glcode
Current MA = This is the Current MA, you can compare this value in your Stock Movement
Historical MA = Balance Sheet Inventory Value (for the whole locations under 1 company) / Qty (for the whole locations under 1 company)
Inv Value based on Historical MA = Historical MA * Qty (for the selected location(s))
tick Options to 'show pagination' might slow down the report generation

SBR-06 Stock Balance Summary Group By Extended Category

This report provides the stock balance by category filter (item category level) and group by

Select Location → refer Inventory (Permission) under stock balance report
Tick Item Category Filters and Group by Category
Click Submit

Click Printable Page → to print current columns

SBR-07 Stock Balance with Stock Sales Analysis (same with SR-07)

Select Location → refer to Inventory (Permission) under stock balance report
Select Date Range
Key in Item Code Description and tick "allow seach for description" or leave if blank to view all item codes
Key in Item Code Range → if any or leave it blank to view all
Select Item Category → if any or leave it untick
Select Item Status → please select ALL if you comparing with Balance Sheet "Inventory" glcode
Select Item Type → deselect will generate All Type
Key in WOI, Backlog Weeks, and tick Options→ if any
Select Display Format
Select Calculate Base On → refer to Inventory (Permission) on the cost permission

SBR-08 Stock Balance Report by Store Sorted by Sub Location

This reports provides stock balance with sub location

Select Location → refer to Inventory (Permission) under stock balance report
Key in Item Code Description and tick "allow seach for description" or leave if blank to view all item codes
Key in Item Code Range → if any or leave it blank to view all
Select Item Category → if any or leave it untick
Select Item Status → by default is active
Select Item Type → deselect will generate All Type
Select Option → by default is ALL
Click Generate Report Now

SBR-09 Stock Balance Report by Supplier For Serialized Items Only

This reports provides information on the stock balance base on GRN date selection which applicable only for serialized item only

Select Company and click Submit → refer to Inventory (Permission) under stock balance report
Key in Specific Supplier Code or click Select for search function
Key in GRN Date From and To
Key in Item Code Description and tick "allow search for description" or leave if blank to view all item codes
Key in Item Code Range → if any or leave it blank to view all
Select Item Category → if any or leave it untick
Select Item Status → by default is active
Select Item Type → deselect will generate All Type
Tick Option to show serial number
Click Generate Report Now

SBR-10 Stock Balance Report by Item and Supplier(only for Serialized and Batch Items)

This reports only applicable for Serialized and Batch item type, which provides information on supplier name. cost and SN# or Batch#

Key in Specific Supplier Code or click Select for search function
Select Location → refer to Inventory (Permission) under stock balance report
Key in Date
Key in Item Code Description and tick "allow seach for description" or leave if blank to view all item codes
Key in Item Code Range → if any or leave it blank to view all
Select Item Category → if any or leave it untick
Select Item Status → by default is active
Select Item Type → deselect will generate All Type
Click Generate Report Now

SBR-11 Stock Availability With Sales Order And Purchase Order

this report provides information on the balance stock with SO and PO details by item code

Select Location → refer to Inventory (Permission) under stock balance report
Key in Item Code Description and tick "allow seach for description" or leave if blank to view all item codes
Key in Item Code Range → if any or leave it blank to view all
Select Item Category → if any or leave it untick
Select Item Status → by default is active
Select Item Type → deselect will generate All Type
Tick to display SO with 0 qty
Click Generate Report Now

Click on the PO# and SO# for pop up function
