The Full Screen Cash Sale page allows you to scan barcode into the EMP using a camera. This function is supported on Firefox for HTTP and can only be used for Chrome if the server is HTTPS (You may contact Wavelet if you wish to use HTTPS). It is beneficial for those stores that use Tablet and other devices to issue bills to the customer by scanning the Item directly. NOTE: Currently the function is only supported if the Item Name has the Barcode number, we are currently working on EAN Code to be supported. |

- User can scan the Barcode Item directly into the Full Screen Cash Sale using a Camera.
- Once you allow the permission for Camera. You will see an option of Scan Barcode with Camera as indicated in the following image.

Tips
The camera should have auto-focus, otherwise the image will be too blurry to be detected.

The configuration can be found under navigated through Control Panel > System Admin > Configure Role Permissions.
