Customer outstanding Report: not showing for all customers

Problem

Dear support,
I have problem with load customer outstanding report. Need to generate all customer outstanding report but always automatic system select 3181 account only. Please fix for me. I'm already test with 3 pc and 2 user account also same problem.

 

Solution

 

  1. Go to Customer > Maintenance > Edit Customer : Check the 'Account Code' for this customer.
  2. If Account Code is empty - set it to some value (for example: AUTO-CustID)
  3. Try to generate the report again.
