Renew Member Card

Menu Path: Customer > Membership > Member Card > Renew

After creating a membership card, the customer may need to renew on annual basis (depends on the company's renewing policy).
Therefore, this function can be used to renew the existing membership cards.  


  • The card number should be typed correctly to search for the customer. 
  • If the user is unable to recall the card number, user can search the card number by navigating to Customer > Membership Program > Member Card > Search Search Member Card
  • The form will appear similar to Create Membership and the Valid From date will be automated to the next date (following year date) from the previous Valid To date. 
  • User may change the date manually if preferred.
  • The customer's details also can be edited in this page.
  • Upon renewing, scroll down and click on the button "Renew". 


Step by step Configuration Guide 

  1. Click on Control Panel > System Admin > EMP Configurations > Other Modules > Loyalty
  2. Key in 12 (Months) in the 'Card Validity Period'
  3. Click on 'Enabled Invoice Checking (Create New)' and key in Item Code that represent membership fee creation
  4. Click on 'Enabled Invoice Checking (Renewal)' and key in Item Code that represent membership fee renewal
  5. Click on “Submit” button
    Note: Item Code that represent membership fee is created using normal add item code procedures, the Item Code should be a 'Service' type and NOT 'Inventory' type.
