Merge Customer Accounts

Menu Path: Customer > Maintenance > Merge Accounts

This function allows user to merge two customer accounts. 

  • Select Source Customer account and 'Submit' (From Account) - This is OLD Customer Record, which will be Merged to TO 
  • Select Target Customer account and 'Submit' (To Account) - This would be the NEW Customer record, which will stay after merged.

Click 'Merge Accounts'. Double check the pop up message below, if OK, then click 'YES', else click 'NO'.

Notes:

  • ALL Transactions from "Source Customer" will be merged or changed to "Target Customer"
  • The Audit Trail Report, captures the user which merges the Record, ref : Audit Trail Report
