Major Industry Code in Sales (Output Tax) Transaction and GST-03

1. Create a new Label Type from: Control Panel > System Admin > Label Maintenance > Label Listing

  • Step 1: Key In Code of Industry Code
  • Step 2: Key in Name of the Industry Code → THIS WILL BE SHOWN AT GST-03
  • Step 3: Key in Description of the Industry Code
  • Step 4: Select the Type as "MAJOR INDUSTRY CODE"
  • Step 5: Select Parent Label (Put as N/A is its not applicable)
  • Step 6: Select Filter by Company → choose the company
  • Step 7: Select Status 


2. After Industry Code Created, The dropdown list will shown in the Item Level "Optional Details" at Sales Transaction (Jobsheet, Sales Return, Credit Memo, Full Screen Cash Sales, INV)

3. After Sales Transactions created and filled. The Major Industry code will be shown at GST-03 form

The Label Name will be appears on the GST-03 report.
