Notes: Once Wavelet Support created the branch, please follow the checklist to verify the information:

  • Control Panel > Developer > Location Maintenance, make sure Location, Branch and Company linking are correct
    Control Panel > Developer > Branch Listing > Edit : Please check the following information:
  • Branch Code, Name, Address, Phone, Fax, URL, Logo
  • Default Cashbook
  • Headers and Footers (For Printable, Tax Invoice, Sales Order and etc.)
  • Printable Format (Set Default Printable)
  • Other Details (Sales and Purchase, Tick Enable for activation GST)
    For New Company:
  • Control Panel > Developer > Organization Structure > Company
  • Accounting > Maintenance > Configuration > Financial Year
  • Accounting > Maintenance > Configuration > Tax Year

Others Configuration (by User)

  • New Role (If necessary, Control Panel > System Admin > Manage Users > Role Maintenance)
  • Set Permission (Control Panel > System Admin > Manage Users > Configure Role Maintenance)
  • Add New User (Control Panel > System Admin > Manage Users > Add New User)
  • Credit Card Configuration (Accounting > Maintenance > Configuration > Card Payment Config: Edit Credit Card to update the Branch or Add new Credit Card)
  • Intercompany Stock Transfer Configuration (Optional)
