How to plug in to auto email fax Customer Statement of Account

1. Customer Account : allow user to configure if the customer is to receive Statement of Account in Email or Fax

2. Plugin will run every end of the month, to auto :
- generate Statement of Account
- if customer is to receive statement through email : auto email the Statement as an attachment to the customer's email
- if customer is to receive statement through fax : auto email the Statement as an attachment to the Email2Fax service

3. Also, will need a configuration @ Customer Add / Edit, to determine if the customer is to receive statement through Fax / Email / Post

• If client have many customer, the engine to generate the Statement will need to be very efficient

Trading -> Delivery List -> Consignment Note Printing : allow user to print bulk

It is new function to allow user to print bulk. The interface for this is similar to Delivery Pool -> Delivery Pool List, where by user can generate a list of Invoices, the select the Invoices to be printed using the GDEX JRXML template.

For bulk printing , refer to PV Search -> Bulk Printing of PV

- create few invoice
- then trading > delivery list > delivery pool..
- add the invoice that created before into delivery pool
- go to trading > delivery list > print consignment note
- use search to find the invoice that already in delivery pool..
- add invoice to queue, print consignment note..
