How to remove value from zero stock in SBR-05 (Non-Serialized Stock)

Step 1: Go to Stock Take as Closing Inventory : 

Upload one session to increase all the 0 quantity to one: 

The file format :

ITEMCODE|1|0.00|N

After Upload , tick : include item codes .. , Check variance from ..... | then check all, you may take for creating journal if needed from your side. 


This will now increase your Quantity to 1 allowing you to reduce the value, 

Step 2 : Perform a second Stock Take as Closing Inventory

ITEMCODE|0|0.00|N

After Upload  Do no tick : include item codes .. Check variance from ..... | then check only those items in upload file,you may take for creating journal if needed from your side. 


After Uploading both session successfully, Regenerate the SBR-05 , your value will now be zero. 


NOTE: 

  • Stock Take as closing runs per branch, not company, please run your SBR-05 per branch to identify which have values. 
  • If there are multiple branches, please perform a stock take as closing inventory for each branch or use Stock Take as Closing Inventory (Multi Location)
