Enhancement

WMSSD-22 Settle Receipt from Open PV page: The "Reset" and "Confirm and Save" button is located in right above corner, it was less user friendly and also enlargeed the font size of the overall page.

WMSSD-158 Direct Receiveing Stock -> Item Pop-up : permission to edit Minimum Price. Permission can be configured from Control Panel -> System Admin -> Manage User -> Configure Role Permission -> Inventory -> General Permissions -> General Inventory Module Permissions -> Maintenance -> Permission to edit existing inventory item to the system
