Menu Path: Extended Module > Sales Force > Proforma Invoice

This function enables user can create proforma invoice to customer for products not exist in the system (can not find in inventory list).

Create Proforma Invoice

Edit Proforma Invoice

Type the Proforma Invoice No and 'Enter' the keyboard. If the invoice has been approved or rejected, edit is not allowed, and the system will show like below:

If the invoice still pending approval, user may get below screen to edit.
