When faced with this issue please check on the permission setting. The permission setting can be found at:

Control Panel > System Admin > Manage Users > Configure Role Permissions > Select the role that you would like to change > Trading > General Permissions > Scroll to View Individual Sales Only section > Uncheck all

The different between the checkbox View Own Company Salesman Only and specified role is

  • For View Own Company Salesman Only - User A from Company A, they can only see transaction from company A

  • For Specified role - if role they can see from all company that transaction created by the specified role
